Troubles with John Deere 24T baler with model 30 kicker

Baled many years with our baler & never had any issues with the kicker till this year. Every time we have baled this year it will kick every bale the first 150 or so then will only kick one every so often unless you manually trip the kicker. We replaced the control valve & it still does the same thing. Anybody have any suggestions? Nobody in the area has any experience working on them. Not sure if something needs adjusted or what.
