Gehl 1470 Twine Arm adjustment

I don't have a book for my Gehl 1470 baler. How do I get the twine arm to tie further to the right? I noticed the assembly slides on a square tube, but it is already hitting the baler on the right (can't move it any further right). I gave also adjusted the tie arm to stop and tie the right side just prior to cutting the string. It's almost like the twine arms need to be 1"-2" longer.
