Br7060 question

Call my New Holland br 7060 occasionally at the point where the actuator is fully extended and exactly at that point the power flashes on and off like you would have turned it off and restarted it immediately in one second. The Bale command then loses its place. If I hit the clear button an estimate how many times it has turned to complete its rapping cycle and then hit retract I can pull it out of it. It happens about once every 25 bales and sometimes two times in a row what would cause this..
