After upgrading this spring to the R450 it's been nothing but a nightmare, problem after problem. Since I've had it it seems like it has run a little on the warm side to me and now that it has got hot out the alarm sounds for hydraulic overheating and the machine shuts down. According to the computer the engine temp is in the 215° range but I believe that is because the oil cooler is before the radiator. According to the manual the hydro overheating alarm doesn't go off until they hit 210°. We have done all the simple things, pressure washing radiator and oil cooler, new thermostat, new water pump, has new hydraulic filters and new oil with 250 hours on it. We have checked what DTAC says and cleaned an orfice but Deere has no solution and no more ideas (service truck has been out 12 times). I know a few of you have these 450's, any ideas?
