Hydraulic twin rake questions

So, looking at buying a used rake this winter, starting my research early. Have been running a vermeer R23, and love them. Have been looking at R23a's, and R2300's. My question is about other twin rakes, what are the advantages of them? I am not familiar with the NH216, the Allen's, or the twinstars. Are any of them worth considering over the vermeers? I like the keep it simple, stupid ruggedness of the vermeers
