3" Rain... Mow 3rd cut Orchard?

Just had a few days of rainy cool weather. Got little over 3" of rain. Cold n cloudy today. Next 4 days dry but highs only 72. Do i just and finish up for year and just mow it down. Lay it wide n just let it lay? Or lay narrow n then ted out?
