Swash Plates

Well guys, My Bargain RTV900 will not pull except on jacks. It will not pull on the ground. I have adjusted everything and I am of the opinion that the Swash Plates must be shot. Am I wrong. It will pull with no weight on it but the minute you set it down nothing.

My main question is how big a deal is it to put new ones in? Does the whole thing have to be torn down?
