Vermeer round baler idler torque (Rebel)

I took the lower upper idler roller off of my Rebel 5420 today. Thanks to my neighbors help, I didn't wreck anything yet, and net that was wrapped around it is gone. And it is back in place.

My question, what do I torque the two bolts holding it on to? Number 8 in diagram below. Thanks in advance.
