Used 14' UTF 4000 Seed Drill Price Question

I was trying to figure out what a good price to pay for a used one that's in good shape was. I found one that's listed for $3,500, It seems like a good deal but i don't know what they go for and was looking for some input from someone on here that might know a little about them. It would just be used for planing oats and other grass for deer and other wildlife. Thanks in advance.
