Short hay and a big baler

How do the big balers work in short crop conditions? We are looking at a 4760 Hesston. I mowed some fescue here in NC today and it won't make a ton to the acre. We are bad dry and we cannot always count on a 2nd cutting, I just wonder how those big hay eating machines do in thin short hay. Naturally we will rake as much together as we can without sacrificing yield loss.
