Why is it so hard to buy Hay Guard ??

I live in GA, and nobody sells/ knows anything about it , I have the feeling it's that way in all the SE. It's advertised on this forum big time but that must be for the west. The ISF website just says call when I put in any SE state in the dealer locator so I have called before and they tell me to call somebody in OH, what gives ???? I mean should I just try to get my NH dealer to get crop saver ??
