NH 460 or BR7060

Going to get a baler for doing silage bales. A 460 would give us more options for dry hay as far as bale size. I am new to this and was wondering if there was much difference in the roto cutter in these two models? Our dealer says the slicer is no good and that we won't like the roto cutter. I can't see doing 1200 bales uncut and having to grind them all. Any I input will be very helpful.
