kubota G 1800

I'm looking at a 2003 Kubota G 1800 with 695 hrs. It comes with a power rear bagger, plow, chains, extra blades, & extra starter. Seems to have normal wear - the seat is cracked & paint worn off in certain areas. Runs good. The owner states the only issue is that occasionally it won't shut off - he has to manually push the shot off solenoid. He hasn't tried to resolve the problem. I heard there might be an issue with the driveshaft.
He wants $3250 - any thoughts from the members?
