pros and con of JD A400 vs NH8040 both with 16ft heads

We are considering purchasing a sp swather and wondering what all your thoughts are on a JD A400 and a NH8040 both with 16ft heads. Will be a used machine have exprience with both and have good dealer service for both, (we do all of our own repairs anyway). I don't know of any A400 in my area but alot of NH machines, some guys like them some hate them for various reasons both good and bad. The biggest complaint is see on the A400 is cab visibility but think reliability will be better. Would eventually like to step up to a disc machine but we have Western Crested Wheat grass and I haven't seen a disc machine that will cut that clean as a sickle machine.
