Tips on third cutting orchard grass

Mowing with 477 haybine. Mow at 4" stubble. I'm tempted to windrow it , then rake two or three rows together so there's enough to tedder. With the exception of an isolated light rain wed. morning it is clear here till Sunday. Cool nights.
What do you do with 3rd? Have not done much, but fertility and rain is paying off this year. Not very tall but thick.
