Hay getting stuck in right side of feed box NH 276

I need to check feeder tine length. Adjustment makes no difference. Also wondered if pickup teeth are too short.
In the picture it's almost the full length, but it usually is just the left side looking from the front. This problem seems more pronounced in shorter hay i.e. 2nd and 3rd.
It almost seems like the pickup teeth are pulling it around and it gets stuck in guards too.
