Hello: I'm fairly new with the Hay Talk forum. I never used a preservative on hay before and I'm very GREEN at it. I have a few questions. 1. What should your moisture be when you are bailing grass and alfalfa mixed? 2. I have a 4 acre field and I get about 200 bales first crop and its about 4 years old. So I'm getting 2 ton of hay on that field.
