Tedder Education/what to buy help needed

Just did my first haying, a third cutting in western PA.

Used an old (but restored) ferguson 3 point rake. Took 6 dry days to dry the hay...so need a tedder (as everyone told me...LOL)

I hear there are tedders that can also rake (not a big fan of the ol' ferguson).

35hp 4300 lb tractor (2018 kioti). Hay field is old horse pasture - not the smoothest flattest piece of ground around.

I know nothing about tedders other than there are several styles and some can rake also (which is my preference). Looking used. I have rear hydralics if needed.

What should I be looking for? Brand/model/size?
