New Holland Big Square Balers

Hey guys we have a BB 960 crop cutter and I'm have a lot of knitter and feeder problems. Was wondering if anyone knew of somebody in Nebraska or northern Kansas that was really good with these balers. Our local dealer is a joke they had a pretty good guy to work on it but he never has time to help us and this is the only square baler around here so no one knows anything about them. Just looking for a little help so I could learn more and get this thing working again.
