451 new holland sickle

I have a 451 nh sickle mower that I was using yesterday and all of the sudden I went to raise the bar to turn and the bar wouldn't raise up when you lift the 3 point. So I got to looking and it looks like I'm missing something where the cable hooks up close to the 3 point pin. I will attach a picture. What do I need to fix this? Thanks
