Brome help needed

Just purchased a new farm with 60 acres of brome 90 percent  brome 5 percent orchard grass, 5 percent fescue 

getting soil test. Was fertilized last year. New to brome. We can round bale small and large square. Looks like it will produce 4 to 5 round bales to the acre.

question is can you get a fall cutting most years in Missouri. Or is it one and done. No cattle. So I wondered if the fall could be just small square bales. We sell alfalfa now. Brome will be a compliment to the alfalfa.Thoughts coments would be very much appreciated.

also how  to keep the field  in the best shape possible.
