I have a Ford 530 square baler. I am having trouble with the carriage / needles not locking back into position after it goes up to tie. I can reach down and pull up on the carriage and lock it. Sometimes it works just fine and sometimes it doesn't. I have a manual and I have checked the spring height on the side of the baler but I just can't figure it out. I put a bunge cord on it yesterday and it helped but then the bunge broke. I would like to figure it out so it would work like it should and not have to walk behind it to make sure it doesn't break the needles. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Troy
