New Holland 273 wire tie

I just installed new twister hooks, twist wrappers and wire clamps. Follower the book to its specs. Now it's braking the left (mostly) wire at the bottom of the twist. The wire from the twist is left wrapped around the twister hook shaft. Any help would be appreciated.
