Need to find good hay farm employees

I have 1500 acres of hay thats all put up in small square bales. Im looking for someone with balewagon experience i have 2 new holland balewagons a 1089 and a 1069 and a new holland self propelled swather machine. I run 3 new holland 5070 balers as well. Im offereing good yearly pay and free housing.
