Flooded field what to do?

Hey guys I live in northern WI we got pounded this week with rain and Mon night our farm went waist deep in water. Got animals out barn shop and garage had 3 feet of water in them. House is on little hilland iI had four pumps running last couple days to keep out and luckily no issues there. My question is now the water is receding and leaving behind 6-8 inches of gummy silt. Building can be washed but what dose a guy do with the hay fields. Burn em? Plow em any suggestions appreciated.
