1037 new holland header cylinder

I purchased a 1037 and the cylinder on the header is leaking. It's different than a 1033. Seems like there is a snap ring I need to remove but not sure how to do it, broke 2 picks trying. Any ideas how to get it apart so the oring can be replaced
