Having issues with a knoter on a 348

I bought a 348 this spring and the left knoter is not letting go of the knot. I am looking at my manual bit not sure what is going on. It works for 50-75 bales then misses bales. If you have any ideas please let me know

The other problem is my counter is not working think I need a new spring tried adjusting the length but no luck
