Timber acreage going into grass?

I have about 20 acres that I have cleared and would like to turn it into a pasture/hay field. What is the thought of the board on 007 Bermuda grass and or what would be your recommendation of grass to start this ground with. It is a peace of ground that has been in timber for the last 50+ years. I'm located 30 miles south southeast of Jackson MS.
