Reese 2070w - dropping the drum

My family has a Reese 2070w mower that’s used to mow several small hay fields. We think a bearing has gone out in it, but no one can get the drum to drop so they can tell for sure.
Are there any secrets to this once all he bolts are out?
Or does anyone know of a repair place to take it in eastern Kansas?
