NH H8080 header problems

We bought a new to us h8080 a year ago and halfway through the hay season it started picking the right side of the header (419 disc) slower than the right. It progressively got worse to where it won't pick the right side at an idle and at high rpm it'll have the left side completely up and the right is at least three seconds behind it. We took both cylinders apart on the right side and they look perfect. We switched every solenoid valve and relief valve on the main valve block and the accumulators and it didn't change.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem. I've talked to multiple service managers and anything they suggested we've already tried. Thanks in advance.
