So what causes a breakage like this?

>be baling with "new" NH 565

>its been to the dealer, they said

>its got a brand new left side knotter, they said

>dealer says its field ready, they said

 

~3 mins in

 

BOOM

 

>put in new shear pin

>cant turn baler by hand

>something clearly damaged

>look around the back and find this

 

I dont even have a theory. My bales were a little short but they were tying, up until the one(s) left in the shoot. It looks like the knotter stopped knotting, and the twine somehow got tangled up in things.

 

Thoughts?

 

I could've flipped a table when it happened. Great start to my first season.
