Last August mike10 had posted that NH had come out with a different twine holder for some of the BC balers to prevent the twine holder flat spring from slipping off the twine holder. I had this issue with my new BC5060, so I checked with my dealer and they ordered me the new part. I finally installed them at the beginning of this season, and the problem is solved. I took a couple pictures of the old and new designs - you can see how much longer the spring land area is, and the shiny spot of the old one where the spring was barely catching the land.
