273 baler knotters

I know this question has been bet to death but I can not get my left knotter to tie this is what I have done so far it has been done to both of them new bill hooks, new tie disc, new knifes, new cleaners, new tween holders, new bill hook pinion gear, new worm gear pinion the right knotter works flawless the left one makes no knot a t all when it does its lose and almost comes untied when I pull on it when it misses the number one twine has a half loop but no knot I also filed the tit on the left bill hook a little it seemed to be a little to wide

any ideas would be great
