NH turtle washers anyone have an aftermarket source?

While doing yearly service on my NH1411 we remove turtles to change oil and inspect the turtles . Anyways the washers on bolts always break when reinstalling anyone know of a aftermarket source for those special washers . They are not lock washers but are definitely hardened.any ideas would be appreciated.
