Sorghum-sudan grass

I planted in 12 acres a product called Green Grazer V.. it has worked well in the past. ,BUT 30 in of rain last month when I went back to the farm to clean up the edges with the rotary mower I knew it was getting ahead of the cattle I didn't realize it was this bad. I clipped some of it off as high as I could lift the rotary mower. I wonder if some of this could be dry bailed or it needs to be wet wrapped
