What to do with rained on hay?

My luck making good quality dry hay this summer has been terible, anyway I had about 15 acres of alfalfa grass mix cut down and was very close to being ready to bale, we got 3 inches of rain and it's now pretty much crap. So my question is what should I do with it? I don't own a chopper or I would blow it back on the field, would a rotary cutter chop it up enough and spread it out. I do have acces to a 15 ft rotary cutter.
