New holland h7220

The fist two turtles are very close to hitting each other, like the end of the knifes will tap each other. I have taken both off and moved each direction one spline but it just transfers the problem. Is it possible something is slightly twisted? It mowes fine and has never sheared a hub but tonight I was changing the blades and started playing with it and it has me stumped.
