I have a 648 that's making me crazy. One thing it does, the twine gets balled up behind the plug on end of twine arms, I replaced both twine arm ends last year with new ones and thought maybe they had too many sharper corners so put old ones back on which are more rounded but still have the same problem. Don't know if this is a problem with the twine or what, I've been using Titan twine for quite a while and the problem started last year.
Another problem is if the twine doesn't start on the bale the tail on end of the twine arm sometime looks like it was cut off at the end of the arm, I've tightened up the tension on the plug several times and it doesn't seem to make any difference. And these problems seem to go from side to side not just one side, was wondering if the stuffer could cut off the twine before it gets caught up on the bale. Have gone from no tension on the plates in the twine box to just enough to hold the twine tight and it doesn't make a difference either way. Getting kinda frustrating.
