BR7090 not tying

I purchased a 2013 BR7090 twine only, 6100 bales on it, it will wrap a bale when I push the wrap button but won’t automatically start tying when bale is full and alarm sounds. It has sat outside since last fall. I had to adjust bale size sensor but that works fine now. The Bale Command is set to auto. I talked to original owner who traded it in, he said he baled 1500 bales in 2019 never missed one. Is there a sensor that tells it to tie?
