Have a JD 566 round baler. Seems to not handle heavy swaths without plugging. Currently trying to bale 2-13ft swaths raked together. Yielding about 3-4 bales an acre. Some bales it bales just fine. Others it will plug at 60" or 40" with no reason. Slip clutch seems to be good. When unplugging it noticed the starter roller likes to wrap with hay. Wraps around it and between the belts that run by it until it plugs. Have to kick the bale out and cut the hay off it before the baler will spin again. Any ideas? Pickup teeth are all good and chains are set proper. Watching a 568 take the same swath without issues at 7mph and might hit 3mph with this 566.
