He bought a used Kuhn disc mower and has cut several times with it but did loose all but 2 belts last time anyway got new belts and said cuts fine now but got to looking at his pulleys and noticed that they were kind of miss aligned and not straight. He says that the breakaway joint has been replaced with a strait welded piece that could be the problem so I went over to look and don't have a clue how this happened or how to correct it, but I did take a picture.
