New holland Bale Wagon, Year Identifaction

I have 2 questions. 

 

Can some one tell what year a bale wagon is by the serial number.  I have a 1037 with serial # 1542 wondering what year model it is.

 

Second, what year did the 1037 start making the third table slotted?
