I recently bought a Kuhn GMD 280 disc mower. After cutting just over 50 acres, it began smoking and smelled like burnt rubber. I suspect it's the belt(s). I haven't opened the belt access area yet. As I said, it's brand new. I know the belt tightener nut is right off of where the smoke is coming out. Anyone else had belt smoking issues with this model that is practically brand new?
