New holland rollabar rake tine bar bearing grease nipple.

Hi 

Can anyone confirm it’s worth the effort to fit a grease nipple to the center of bearing caps on the tine bars?   I’ve been meaning to ask for awhile.   No question it’s worth getting grease in them but does this modification cause hay to get stuck on the bars?  Nh55 nh56 nh57 etc.
