Hello everybody; Neighbor of mine is working on an old IH 440 baler. He thinks needle to plunger timimg is off. Needles are entering chamber after plunger face has passed needle slot by 2-3 inches.We both think that is too late. If it is late how do you advance? Thanks in advance MHG
