NH rb560 bale size calibration help!

Baler worked great last yr. stored properly and got it out & got it ready and went to bale and can't make a bale bigger than 60 inches tall! I have the book on how to calibrate the bale Chamber but can't figure it out. Can anyone please give me some advice or help me so I don't hafta call a tech. Set monitor on 72 ( the highest it will go) and the bales are only 59-60 inches tall. Made nice big six footers last yr. thanks in advance for the replies.
