John Deere 467 top idler roller

Bales around 125 rolls today with the new to me 467 Baler. I shot all the roller bearings with my laser and the big roller up top I think it’s the idler roll it read 170 on the left side and 135 on the right. What’s the best way to get this roller out with a one man crew? Looks like a heavy roller to manhandle so just curious how others go about this? Thanks
