Fall Forage Options

Looks like there is a chance that I might have 100+ acres of soybean ground that might not get planted (rain, rain, rain). Any options for a fall forage crop? Was thinking of a fall hay cutting then early spring grazing or an early spring cutting, then back to crop production.

Hay for cows and for sale. Small squares or rounds. Something with some quality since I am still waiting for "first" cutting.
