New holland 326 help

I am fixing up a 326 I bought, and I am at the point of straightening the lever shaft that actuates the twine fingers (I have no idea how they mangled it so badly). My question is on the angle of the cam bearing arm vs. the arms that the finger rods attach to. Are they 90 degrees from each other on the shaft? That is what they look like in the parts book, but it is very hard to tell. Mine are about 70 degrees from each other. Thanks guys!
