Well we finally bought the drum and the clutch hub and it seems to be working fine now must of been something wrong with the casting. I posted this problem awhile back about it shearing pins when it tied not everytime but the needles would come up and the latch would release and the needle stop would come in and shear the pin,thanks for the advice
